FAQ
Information & Guidance
What is CACI Synergy and how does it work?
CACI Synergy is an advanced, non-surgical facial treatment using SPED® microcurrent technology and LED light therapy to lift, tone, and rejuvenate facial muscles. It helps improve skin elasticity, soften fine lines, and restore facial contour without downtime.
How often should I have CACI treatments?
For optimal results, most clients benefit from a course of two treatments per week, followed by monthly maintenance. During your consultation, a bespoke treatment plan will be created based on your skin’s individual needs.
What are Medik8 facials and who are they suitable for?
Medik8 professional facials utilise pharmaceutical-grade actives including vitamin A, vitamin C, peptides, and AHA/BHA acids to target concerns such as ageing, congestion, dullness, redness, and dehydration. Each treatment is fully customised and suitable for all skin types.
What is Dermalux LED Phototherapy and can it be combined with other treatments?
Dermalux LED Phototherapy is a clinically proven light treatment that stimulates collagen production, calms inflammation, and accelerates skin repair. It can be incorporated into any facial or CACI treatment to enhance results and support overall skin health.
Is there any downtime after treatments?
All treatments are non-invasive and require minimal to no downtime. Most clients return to normal activities immediately. Some may experience mild redness or warmth, which typically subsides quickly.
Can these treatments address concerns such as fine lines, sagging, or dull skin?
Yes. CACI Synergy helps improve muscle tone and lift, Medik8 facials refine texture and radiance, and Dermalux LED supports healing and overall skin quality. Treatments are always tailored to individual concerns and goals.
Are your treatments suitable for all skin types?
Yes. All treatments are fully tailored following a detailed consultation to ensure suitability, safety, and optimal results.
How do I book a treatment at Amara Skin Clinic?
All appointments at Amara Skin Clinic are arranged directly via phone or email.
